240 Union has been serving the West Metro area fabulous meals and spirits in its one of a kind, showroom of a restaurant since 1989. Our sixty foot, open kitchen puts on quite a show as we prepare the finest contemporary American cuisine in the area. Chef Jay Shedlin changes the menu with the seasons, and offers a daily specials page with a variety of the freshest selections and fish available. Hand tossed, applewood oven-roasted pizzas and specialty pastas round out our selections featuring premiere beef, pork, lamb and chicken.

Escape from the ordinary! You will love the seasonal menu changes, but relish in the favorites always being there when you crave them! OMG, the pistachio crusted porkchops, or the golden roasted chiken or how about a smoked salmon pizza or angel hair pasta with a glorious vodka cream shrimp sauce? Be welcomed by the ever lovely Sheri then pampered by Michael. Your wait and kitchen staff always goes above abd beyond to make each diner and their experience, special. Eating alone? Or, maybe you just want to meet a new friend in the regulars at the bar. Service here is excellent, and you may even walk away with the knowledge of a new bottle of wine from the friendly bartenders. One of the few places that even a single woman can eat in peace and never feel out of place eating at the bar. This can be a special occasion restaurant to celebrate a anniversary or even a high school prom. Or, come in casual and enjoy cocktails,appetizers and a yummy dessert. To call this a "comfort food" restaurant really does not do justice to all that 240 emcompassses. They do it all! And they do it all wel!

We had a cul-de-sac Christmas dinner here (each year one family coordinates) and they helped me set up a fixed price menu and select wines ahead of time. When we arrived the group table was beautifully set with a menu card on each plate. It was a very memorable evening. The food is reliably excellent - one of the best restaurants on the Front Range.

The food here teases your nose and pallet when you walk in. The diverse seasonings wake up your mouth and your tummy. What an awesome place to take friends, family or out of town guests to.
