However, we are here to let you know there is no need to travel all the way to Mexico, when we have 3 Potrillos Family Restaurant right here in Littleton! 3 Potrillos, which means "Three Colts," opened in 2003. Owner Nolberto Rodriguez, has over 15 years experience in the restaurant industry. The restaurant is located at Ken Caryl and Simms in a building that looks like it could be transported straight from Mexico ~ On the outside AND the inside. When you walk into 3 Potrillos, you'll immediately be astounded by the wide array of colorful, handmade chairs created in Guadalajara and the "Caballero," or cowboy motif. However, the atmosphere and decor is only half of a complete picture. Unlike many chain restaurants in the area, 3 Potrillos makes everything fresh including their Salsa, Chile Rellenos and Tamales. Their menu is also unique in that, it has everything you can possibly crave on it! But more importantly, it includes vegetarian dishes, seafood delights, as well as a kids' menu. And, if you have someone in your party who is not in the mood for Mexican, there are a few American selections to choose from.
