5280 is the BEST! I joined the Mom & Dad Challange and lost a total of 26 inches in 3 months. The amazing thing was that it was fun and got me into great shape.

This place has change my life…. The trainers are amazing they treat you so well and they always have suck a positive attitude, I really never was as discipline as I am now going to a gym, but actually look forward everyday to go! The results are really good, but this place becomes to be like a part of your family.. I love this place I feel really blest that I found it and it has help me with myself discipline and my self esteem.

I initially joined in January 2009 during one of the Mom's and Dad's Challenges; 3 months of unlimited classes for $52.80 was too good to pass up. Now I'm hooked! The classes are great for an overall body workout, and the staff is fantastic! Each time I leave, I walk away feeling inspired and encouraged to continue my journey to being a healthier, stronger me.

I love the christian values nd sayings on the walls. The workouts make you sweat like nothing else. I fee so energized after each workout. All the isntructors are amazing!
