She established a foundation as a bakers assistant, graduated with honors from the Disney Culinary Academy and trained under fine Pastry Chefs in many resorts and restaurants. A Grande Finale now has two locations - Louisville and Lafayette - and even though the two shops are so different the fabulous desserts and the friendly staff are just awesome at both locations.
Their desserts are wonderful. I love their educational events, wine and dessert pairings and beer and dessert pairings, who know certain combinations of the two could be so wonderful!
