Indulge in Elegance! A Grande Finale Patisserie® is the creation of Pastry Chef Nicole M Hedlund. Founded in 1999, the business has quickly grown to be one of the leading Patisseries in Colorado.
We hope that you will enjoy our products as much as we enjoy creating them! Chef Hedlund brings to her business an impressive background in the culinary world. She established a foundation as a bakers assistant, graduated with honors from the Disney Culinary Academy and trained under fine Pastry Chefs in many resorts and restaurants. These experiences have brought her skills to the high levels practiced today.

Absolutely the most amazing desserts that I have ever tried! { My orderded torte arived at my home in perfect condition.} When on vacation we stopped in at Nicole's shop and were also treated to the wonderful charm of the gals that work there. Great treats and gracious hostesses made the Grande Finale Patisserie a place we look forward to returning to in the future! YUM!!

this bakery was recently featured on road tasted with the neelys on the food network. after seeing the show i made sure to take a detour on my last trip to denver so i could sample some of their creations and they were wonderful! well worth the drive.

Every visit to to this bakery has been great. My husband and I recently moved to Colorado and have been looking for a local dessert place to enjoy a special treat. We found it here. I'm a huge fan of their fudge and chocolate chocolate ball. Friendly staff and incredible eats!

Living up in Broomfield it was wonderful to find a wonderful bakery such as this so close to my home. Casual and eclectic atmosphere and European masterpieces of pastry. They've made me look great at parties several times and I never have a complaint. Worth the drive.

This shop is a paradise for those who discriminate, eat chocolate like its religion, and know that raspberries are for the finner lots in life!!! Don't miss the tropical rum ball....The cake has a superb richness and practically melts into your tongue!!!
