At American Samurai Grill & Sushi Bar we’ve taken some traditional Japanese dishes, and put an American spin on them. We want everyone to know that Japanese food is so much more than just raw fish.Most of our sushi is cooked, but we do serve some of the more popular raw items. We have some outstanding chicken and beef entrées as well as excellent traditional Japanese dishes like tempura.
Japanese food is more than just sushi, fish or seafood. We offer Asian/American dishes, like salads, noodle and rice bowls, hibachi grilled steaks, chicken and shrimp. Our children’s menu includes all the favorites kids are used to.
At American Samurai Grill & Sushi Bar everyone is sure to find something they love.

We have come to American Samurai since it opened. We love it! The food is good, the people are friendly and very patient with kids who are trying new kinds of food. The kids menu is reasonably priced and has interesting food (peanut butter and jelly rolls).

The Cizz roll and the Las Vegas are the best things I have ever eaten! On the Hibachi, the "Lovers Special" (filet and lobster) is fantastic! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

Absolutely the most incredible Sushi I've ever had! Love the atmosphere and how cozy the owner is with everyone. Very fresh food as well as wonderful tempura. The "anti-sushi" individuals in my family R A V E about the double cheeseburgers as well.

A great Sushi spot for everyone. Kids are welcome and even truck driver's can order the best double cheeseburger in the state. The Sushi is fresh, expertly cut and the hibachi chef's are fun and interactive. We visit the American Samurai nearly weekly and are always pleased. They deserve the A List.

American Samurai has the best California Rolls I've ever had! They also have a remarkably delicious Cizz Roll (cooked salmon & battered with a sweet & spicy sauce combination). Yum!
Besides the sushi, they have the tenderest tempura shrimp, anywhere, that comes with a delicious variety of tempura vegetables, incl. squash & (I believe) sweet potato. Worth every penny!

Great service, plenty of parking, plenty of variety in dishes and great quality - extremely fresh and well prepared.
