Crystal is a phenomenal massage therapist. I was hit by a car as a pedestrican in my late teens, and have had issues with my hips and low back. Crystal was able to work with me and helped to relieve my chronic pain issues. Her knowledge and professionalism is outstanding.

Crystal, proprietor of Anata Jiva, has "the gift" hands down! Her hands are truly magical and the atmosphere of her massage room and music choices provide a safe and calming place for a ragged mom of 2 to go to their "happy place"! Crystal has an intuition as well, to focus on the areas of my body that need particular attention and her “gift” always transforms me into a rejuvenated and relaxed mom, that's for sure! I am so glad I finally found her as it took me a while to find just the right massage therapist to replace my former, retired massage therapist.

Crystal is amazing. Her touch is healing. I have spinal stenosis and she is able to relax the muscles around the area that cause back pain. I walk better, feel better, and for a day or two am pain free. Crystal also has indepth knowledge of herbs and essential oils. Her aromatherapy addresses my mood, good days, bad days, stressful the aromatherapy really helps my peace of mind. I especially love the "balance" aromatherapy. She keeps up on her profession and was certified in other states before Colorado demanded it. She is the best!!!!!

I have been going to Crystal for years. She is a very caring person who listens to what is going on. She is gentle and loving lady and it shows in her work

Crystal has the gift of healing with her heart and her hands. Her Reiki treatments changed my entire life...she is an excellent Massage Therapist, Reiki Master and Teacher!!

By far the best massage I have ever had. I felt so relaxed during and after my massage and would recommend it to everyone!!!
