We've been taking our dogs to Alameda Vet for years. When they opened up their animal lodge I was relieved because I knew our dogs would be taken care of while we are on vacations. We no longer have to worry about what to do with the dogs when we want to go somewhere.
We have been taking our dogs to Alameda East Veterinary Hospital since 1994 and will not go anywhere else. We've also been taking them to Animal Lodge since it opened and they love going there. Your pet is in very good hands here!
We left our two dogs at the Lodge which was the first time they had been boarded since we have had them. I chose the Lodge because of its relationship with Alameda East Veterinary Hospital. One of our dogs has allergies and I wanted him to have immediate access to medical care. As it turned out, he was taken to the veterinary hospital while we were away. His condition was minor but I was very impressed that with dozens of dogs around, the fact that his eyes were runny and red was noticed and addressed. It is that attention that will make me confident enough to leave them again.
I love what the animal lodge does for the animals who hang there. They are really treated like top class people! I'm glad people even take the time to create these wonderful places for these animals.
Alameda east is the only place, besides CRCG that I would trust to let my dog swim at. The pool is clean, built in and there are KNOWLEDGEABLE staff members. They are trained in therapeutic swim and maintain the facility impeccably.
