Went to BCOR last summer and moved to Tampa. I have to say of all the things I miss in Denver, I sure miss BCOR. It was fun and successful. The staff really worked with us and were so encouraging, even on those days when I didn't want to workout.
Having never gone to any fitness class before, I was very trepidatious about what to expect my first night... the coaches were awesome and the work out was amazing. Each work- out has different elements to it which makes it more interesting, and every night I go makes me realize how much I NEED to go and how good this camp is for me. Go BCOR! :-)
It is a great workout each time I go. They really push me and challenge me. It is a very well balanced workout, they focus on a certain area (lower body, upper body, core and cardio) a session, but each session will always include a little core, cardio, upper and lower. It is great!
