We have been going to this fantastic restaurant since they opened a little over a year ago! The food is delicious and the staff are so knowledgeable. Alex Waters, the owner, is a delight and Olav Peterson is a magician in the kitchen~ We are so lucky to have such a gem in our neighborhood.

I came accross Bistro One on accident, the furniture store next door was not open yet so I was just walking around and saw the menu outside, the next Sunday a group of friends and I went for Brunch, That was 5 Sundays ago and we go every Sunday now, all of us have been back for Dinner and just love the place.. Eric is our fav waiter.. Many of the vegetables are grown on the rooftop garden and they even cure their own bacon. Fresh Peach belinis are all the rage at our table, although they didnt have them this last suday much to our disappointment LOL The food is great, right now I think it's Denvers best kept secret... Try it out... youll agree
