The best food in the USA by far. Their food reminds me of home, of my mother's cooking. Being an Indian I am very particular about Indian Food and The Bombay Bistro encapsulate everything that is Indian. I love their food. By far the tastiest food!. Paul and Pari are so welcoming and so wonderful - they are my home away from home.

Absolutely the best around. Paul and Parui make everyone feel welcome and the food is fantastic. Try the fish pakora, the squid salad, and the braised short ribs.

Best Indian food I've ever eaten. We live in Denver and we make the 30 mile drive to Boulder, that tells you how good we think the food is. And Paul, the owner is CRAZY.. (in a good way)

Best Indian food in North America. I have been to Vij's in Vancouver, which is the number one rated restaurant and Bombay Bistro is more creative and better.

I love the food and ambiance there. My favorite dish is a lamb dish. The food is clearly made with a lot of love and the service makes you feel welcome like you're included as part of the family. Comfort food!

Amazing restaurant; the best in Boulder by far!! From my very first bite of Paul's beautifully presented plate I knew this restaurant was something special and unique. I've been eating Indian food all my adult life and I have to say this was the best I've ever had! My mouth is watering now, just thinking about it!
