Brook's is absolutely one of the best Steak Houses in the U.S. With one of the biggest wine lists I've ever seen and Australian lobster tails you can't go wrong. Service is excellent, the carrot cake should be illegal it is so good. If you can eat at only one fine restaurant in Denver, make it Brook's!
