Chris and Nick O'Sullivan,two brothers originally from England, opened the doors of the first Brothers BBQ restaurant in February 1998. They converted a garage on the corner of Monaco and Leetsdale into the first Brothers BBQ restaurant. Their hard work and commitment to providing every guest with the best food and the best service quickly earned them the title "Denver's Besto BBQ."

I remember when there were only a handful of BBQ joints in town; any others just came and went. But Brothers was special. I didn't think these guys could pull it off, but they hands down, make the best all around Q, even though the competition has grown. It helps that I can smell their smoke constantly from my backyard!

They've grown too big and lost what they once had. The food is no longer consistant. Visit the location on west Colfax and you'll never return to a Brother's BBQ, but stop by the original and if you're lucky, you might just have the best 'q' you've ever tasted.
