Denver's Oldest Restaurant, Buckhorn Exchange, was founded in 1893 by one of Buffalo Bill Cody's band of frontiersman and is Denver's genuine old west. Hunting trophies, Native American artifacts, hunting memorabilia and Colorado's history enhance the rustic atmosphere. Rich in Colorado history, Denver's oldest restaurant has been serving up a unique menu of wild game and steak in a rustic elegant, old west atmosphere for over 100 years. They're the oldest and most established...second to none service...high prices but the eats are well worth it and the ambiance rocks.
