My daughter designed her own wedding cake and went to Cakes by Karen to have them make it. The staff was wonderful. I loved being able to sample all of the variety of cakes before choosing the one's we wanted. The staff is very open to your ideas and wanted to fulfill your every desire. Their cake is perfect!! Very moist. And if you go on certain days, you can have samples of different cakes. They have been around forever so they know what they're doing.
