Catering Consciously is an eco friendly company focusing on Colorado sustainability by working closely with local, organic farmers. We are the only Certified Green caterer in Colorado, by GreenAmerica.org. With over 35 years of experience, our chef/family owned company will ensure you and your guests enjoy an amazing catering experience. We are a full service catering company and are here to assist you in planning a once in a lifetime unforgettable event. Our chef-owned company will provide you with custom written menus, amazing local food, flawless service and impeccable attention to detail. We can also provide day of coordination, take care of all rentals, help find photographers, venues, florists, etc...
We work directly with local farmers to custom grow a majority of the organic produce we use to write our seasonal menus, truly giving you a farm to table experience. As a Colorado Proud Member, Green America member and Gen Green Life award recipient, you can be assured that Catering Consciously will be using only the freshest, most local, sustainable products available. We specialize in "No-Waste" events, and we work with Eco-Cycle in Boulder as a partner in this practice. We do this for all events whether it be an anniversary dinner for two, a week long camping trip, large corporate galas or extravagant weddings.
