Chopper's Sports Grill
Category: Sports Bar (32 listings)
Chopper's Sports Grill was named after Robert “ Chopper “
Traviglini (1932-1999) who was the former trainer of the Denver Nuggets. His character and style, as well as his big heart, made him legendary in Denver, and across the country. In October of 1996 Chopper and his partners opened Chopper's Sports Grill in the Cherry Creek area of Denver CO. They renovated the old Rick's Café building at 80 South Madison Street and envisioned a casual neighborhood watering hole where you could get a fine meal and enjoy a drink with friends.
It has evolved into “The Place” to watch a local sporting event
with that “at the game” feel complete with all the bells, lights,
and whistles.
Chopper's Private Party Room can be booked for up to 100 people.
