CityGrille remains as popular as ever - both for lunch and dinner, where the emphasis is on value. CityGrille is within a block of the state capitol, and this power lunch spot ("Best Power Lunch in Denver" - Westword) is a favorite meeting place for the capitol’s legislators and lobbyists. At night, with its warm, pub-ish atmosphere, this meet-and-greet spot is a perfect place to gather with friends or catch a game. The Grille features a host of California wines, a list of 50 tequilas, and 12 micro and imported beers on tap. CityGrille is noted for having "Denver’s Best Burger" (5280, CitySearch, AOL CityGuide, Rocky Mountain News, USA Today, Westword and Out Front Colorado), but most important is it’s menu’s emphasis on value, featuring a variety of nightly specials.

Great steak burgers. A little pricey paying for the extras on a burger though. Great beer and burger on Tuesday nights.

Absolutely the BEST buffalo burgers anywhere. They are simply addictive. The side salad is head and shoulders above that of the competitions. The fries and onion rings are amazing too. A meal at City Grille is always a home run.

The BEST burgers. the BEST buns. You should order them medium, so the juices are still in them. If you like them well done you are missing something wonderful. They have special hamburger and special buns. They start with QUALITY and that is what you get...QUALITY. You can have it with fries, coleslaw or a good salad with their own dressings. The kitchen stays open late.
They have other good food, but we can't seem to go there and not have the steak burger. I'm not a big meat eater. If I was I'd go there everyday. If it is not quality, why bother. I want something that is really good, and these burgers are.

The CityGrille Burger is simply the best! I've never had a burger this good. I hadn't eaten red meat for years until I took a bite of my husband's burger. The next time we went I ordered one all for myself!

We ended our quest for Denver's best burger at City Grille. Runners-up included
the Elm, Ship Tavern and Cherry Cricket, but this is hands down the finest chopped
beef sandwich since the West End tanked their menu in Boulder. A+++

Almost better than s*x, these burgers are a real treat! And belonging to the Hamburger Hat Club gets you great coupons to make the experience even better. The City Grille burger with bacon, Caesar dressing and cheese is my favorite addiction.
