Yoga instructors are awesome! With a special membership you have access to 4 Colorado Athletic Clubs. We use three - one close to work, one close to home and another one just in between.
We are at Inverness. Can't speak for the other CAC locations, but we love the down to earth members, great staff and tons of programs. Great, affordable facility!
Everyone there is great! People do not care what you look like or how you work out. There is a program for everyone. My husband and I have lost a combined 80 lbs since joining last September.
Great personal trainers. Good equipment selections. Excellent facilities like pools, basketball and tennis courts. Ability to provide something for everyone in the family.
Gail Ausbun, Physical Trainer - She has an understanding of how all parts of the body work together that is unmatched. She has also dealt with injuries herself and understands what it means to be in pain and what your body does to compensate for that pain. Gail takes her considerable skills and combines them with both empathy and determination to help even the injured, non-athlete succeed.
Great hours, great location! The gym is always spotless. Friendly staff. Refreshments/lunch available. Plenty of equipment, have never had to wait to use a threadmill etc. Great Personal Trainer Jonathan Suarez. Would recommend it to anyone.
CAC is a high-end athletic club, where I don't feel like it is a "meat market/pick-up club." The staff and members are professional. In addition, I like the fact that in the locker rooms shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. are provided. Yes, CAC is more expensive, but as the saying goes, "You get what you pay for."
