I really like this place...food is always fresh,wish they'd serve it up on real plates...the burritos are the best and their Tres Leches dessert is AWESOME!

This one is a winner. I've had to wait for the salmon tacos which is worth every minute waiting. They cook the salmon fresh and the sauce that is on it is out of the world. I love the sweet pork the enchiladas. The cilantro lime rice melts in your mouth. Thanks for coming to Colorado!

Costa Vida has the freshest and best tasting burritos around. I absolutely love the sweet pork burritos. The meat is so tender and has an unique flavor. There isn't anything like it around! YUM!
