I was so impressed with d'Anelli's service, both while picking out the dress, getting it altered and even afterwards with preservation. I found my dream dress, almost by chance, after trying on dozens of dresses with them. They never lose patience with you and they are extremely helpful in finding exactly what you want. They have awesome suggestions for what to wear with the dress, how you might want to wear your hair with your veil if you choose to wear one, shoes to go with, everything. The alterations were easy and my dress was perfect when I picked it up. We went through the company they recommend for preservation and while there was a slight problem with the finshed product (there was a snag when we got it back that hadn't been there before) d'Anelli took care of it, no questions asked. I have recommended them to others, after having a friend recommend them to me, and already I have a very close friend who found her dream dress there as well!
I wouldn't recommend d'Anelli to my worst enemy! They messed up every single one of my bridesmaid dresses. They were rude every time I walked into the store. Awful, go somewhere else!
The staff is attentive, warm, friendly and made me feel as if I were their favorite customer. The dresses were amazing with a great variety and selection of both styles and prices. Classy, Sassy, and Elegant all at the same time. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
I have been to danellis three times in the past month and have worked with different people each time and have been more than impressed with their customer service skills. I have loved my experience! I am always greeted with a smile by the girls at the desk and have been helped right away. I purchased my dress about a week ago and I am so glad that I was referred here by another friend of mine. She got our bridesmaids dresses there and we were very impressed with the service. I will continue to refer all my friends there----I loved it!
This place is absolutely horrible! I had the first appointment of the day on a Friday morning, walked in with my bridesmaids and was completely ignored. Two women after me were assisted, and when I was finally helped, I was shown where the dresses were and where the dressing room was and was told "have at it". The only reason I went there in the first place was to try on a dress I'd seen in a magazine. Well, I'm glad it looked better on paper than it did on me! I left d'anneli, found a wonderful, attentive bridal shop and the dress of my dreams! I took the time to send d'anneli an email with my complaint, to which I never received a response. Too bad, d'anneli, you lost a $15,000 sale and a slew of potential customers.
I went here with my fiancee to look at dresses and the people were incredibly rude. We ended up leaving and finding a much nicer place to purchase our tuxes and gown... It wasn't worth the hour drive to get there.
After arriving back home I politely e-mailed the company about our experience and they didn't even bother to respond to my e-mail.
I found my dress here and am sorry I did - it was a beautiful dress and it looked fantastic, but the service, the people and the experience as a whole were awful. On the dress pick-up day, I was told I couldn't try my dress on b/c it would wrinkle it. So we took it home, took it out of the bag, and discovered the seamstress had forgotten to sew on the buttons that she had removed to take the dress in. The zipper was broken, too, which it had not been at my fittings. We immediately called and were give TONS of attitude, and while they did fix it, they were rude and introduced anxiety to the day that we did not need - how do you forget to sew on a third of the buttons? We were referred to d'Anelli, but we wouldn't refer anyone there in the future.
