Eck's Saloon has been host to some of the greatest bands of the 80's; Warrant, Dokken, Winger, Drowning Pool, Skid Row, BuckCherry, Frank Hannon, W.A.S.P, just to name a few. Eck's Saloon hosts the best local bands in Denver, one of which is also the house band who has won "Best Male Vocalist" and "Best Band in Denver" awards two years in a row. Occasionally, "Bruno," the owner, is just as much a crowd pleaser when you're lucky enough to catch him hopping up on stage to perform "Put Some Sugar On Me." Eck's always has something new going on each month, with prizes galore! They take great pride in finding new and exciting events to offer their customers.
Went to ecks for the first time on 09/06/2007 felt like I had been there 1000 times before. Marlene the bartender was awesome. They get my vote 1000 over.
Ecks has been my second home for about 3 years. I work there. I drink there and all my friends go there. It's a great place to meet a new friend or run into an old one.
I love going to Ecks to check out SLUGWORTH and hang out with my friends. The bar staff are excellent..my glass is never empty, and the staff are always friendly - such a change from the downtown bars! Ecks Saloon and Slugworth are a beautiful combination!
