The open air feel, the spacious locker rooms, the top notch amenties, private FREE parking lot, outside deck/patio. And to top it all off the most affordable rates I have ever seen. This studio has attention in the detail. The construction is environmentally friendly, and the amenities are ever so thoughtful and human friendly, such as the basketball court vanity. Not to mention the classes are spectacular, and instruction given to students with the purpose of furthering their practice.
This studio reaches the soul and works the mind which in turn, creates a better body. Denise Cook is simply one of the most incredible yoga teachers I have ever come across; from her voice to her ability to laugh and her amazing abilitiy to get you to do more...you are truly missing the boat if you are not at this studio and with Denise. This studio is sooo incredibly spacious. The instructors are amazing, huge locker rooms. The company donates 10% of all proceeds to local non profits and charities. The studio was built of 70% recycled products creating a unique and organic vibe and the prices are the lowest in Denver! I cannot say enough good things about this space
