Ghin Asian Blend and Sushi
Category: Sushi (47 listings)
Welcome to GHIN and a new world of cuisine we call Asian Blend. What is Asian Blend?
Let's start with what it's not. Asian Blend isn't Asian Fusion. A blend is a union of flavors, textures, and colors that have a natural affinity for one another. In other words, a blend is subtle and nuanced. Fusion is forced. A blend is art. Fusion is science. A blend is a meal. Fusion is an experiment. Think of Asian Blend as a painting. Our chefs are artists who start with a palette of complementary ingredients. From those ingredients, they create something unique and inspiring. Each meal is a small work of art that's exclusively yours.
"GHIN" is the Thai word for "taste." Why name a restaurant something so simple and fundamental? Because taste is a universal pleasure. That means it translates well. Of all the five senses, taste is the one that most depends on the other four. You can't separate what you taste from what you see, hear, touch, and smell.
In other words, taste is a holistic experience. It's inclusive - something that all people and all ages can enjoy together. We built our restaurant around that idea. GHIN is an experience. We hope you enjoy sharing it with your friends and loved ones.

Best sushi! The staff is very friendly and the sushi chefs are willing to accommodate any request that you may have. They have very delicious, creative rolls for a very good price! Our family goes at least once a month if not more!

The best sushi I have ever had.
Service was very good. Beer was not bad for a sushi place.
Many varieties of rolls. The Godzilla roll was particularly good

The atmosphere is hip without being TOO hip, not too noisy. The service was friendly, although a bit slow. The menu includes the standards you want to see at any sushi place, as well as a few unique dishes worth checking out.
As for the sushi itself, it's passable. It's not great, not terrible. I've had some suburban sushi that made me fear for my gastro safety, but I didn't have that concern at Ghin! It's presented nicely, although skip the rolls - all talk, no action.
Overall Ghin is worth visiting for a low-key sushi dinner without "the scene." And don't miss $1/piece Tuesdays.

The food is great, I eat there at least once or twice a week. I wish there was one closer to my place.

Been to many Asian and Asian/Fusion restaurants, but Ghin is definitely one of thee best. Food is personalized to reflect a perfect combination of both traditional and contemporary Asian and Pacific flavors. Although not located in Downtown area, Ghin is definitely worth the drive. It is a definite place to bring visitors and locals alike. Great sushi, poke, salads, entrees, ambiance, & service. Looking forward to bringing in more people to Ghin to witness for themselves what the hype is all about! A Denver must-try!!!

The sushi is the best because everything is so fresh. Not only is the sushi great, but the entire menu is tasteful and a wonderful blend of Asian and pacific rim fusions. Not only do they have great food, but the entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the entire menu- they will suggest the perfect taste for you palate.

Incredible food, awesome staff! My husband and I went there with our 4 young children and they didn't even bat an eye. (We sat outside so the kids wouldn't bug anyone, though.)

This is probably one of the most eclectic Asian/fusion restaurants I've seen, where the sushi is just as creative and flavorful as the entrees. The contemporary style of both the restaurant atmosphere and food style is both unique and delicious. Refreshing to see a wonderful blend of Asian and Pacific Islander dishes with a tweak of style and presentation. Catering to customer service by both server as well as chef is a regularity at Ghin. Overall, style and taste go hand-in-hand.
