All of our salads are made to order then chopped and tossed‚ "Exhibition Style." We offer 11 signature salads or the option to design your own from 7 varieties of lettuce, 60 gourmet toss-ins and a line of traditional and unique dressings developed exclusively for GREEN by Executive Chef James Mazzio ("Best New Chef, 1999," Food & Wine magazine).

Green's is fresh and healthy. Great quality, great staff. Everyone can feel good about taking care of themselves by eating at Green's. The other salad places are not as fresh.
