Harmony Yoga is wonderful. I have two severely herniated discs in my lower back. Everyone who works at this studio is kind and accommodating; ensuring that I am doing what is best for me. They have allowed me to return to work and do more with my life than sit in pain. I also enjoy how many types of yoga and classes that are available. Hands down, the best yoga studio I have been too, simply amazing!

The instructors are fantastic and patient. The environment is warm and inviting. I feel comfortable and relaxed there.

Best yoga studio in Denver. I absolutley love Michelle and Lania. They have made my introduction into yoga so beautiful. Now that I am pregnant I live for their prenatal classes. I love this studio. So glad I am apart of their community!
