Ed serves up the freshest food, prepared in some of the most fascinating and delicious ways, and out in the dining room Brian and his staff are some of the friendliest and most knowledgeable servers and bartenders in town.
The menu never gets boring (I'm pretty sure I've eaten everything at least once!) and the raw oyster bar, with at least a half-dozen rotating varieties, always has something interesting and delicious that I've never tied before.
Add to that a diverse array of live music after
dinner, and you've got a winning combination!

Not only is the waitstaff fun - they explain new dishes, which are creative & have a wonderful blend of spices/flavors. Chef Ed always recommends a dish he knows we will find interesting & delicious. Never disappointed! Fun place to be!

Highland Pacific simply has it all. The second you walk in the door the staff welcomes you with a friendly hello. There is a variety of oysters to choose from, as well as other fabulous appetizers. Chef Ed has created a scallop dish like no other, and let's not forget to finish your dining experience with a taste of Chef's warm bread pudding. There is nothing better than having a delightful place to come together with family and friends in your own Highland neighborhood. Did I also mention the fabulous fish tacos on Sunday night?
