The owner is rude, has not trained his help efficiently, and the wine tasting servers (especially the guy) acts like he doesn't want to be there. Worst customer service I've ever been to and will not go back.

They have an outstanding selection of wines and other beverages of choice. Staff is very knowledgeable and approachable, plus the facility is pleasant and welcoming. Love their Friday and Saturday tasting that offers flavorful tid-bits and musical accompaniments to give the perfect atmosphere.
