India Oven's food is cooked with less spice and less oil, so that the "taste of freshness" comes through. Indian Oven is a wonderful place for those who have not yet been exposed to Indian cookingof saag (spinach blended with spices and yogurt), dal (lentils in curry sauce), or garlic Naan (bread cooked in a clay oven, so tasty, you can't eat just one).

I love all the Indian nominees but The Oven has the best vegetarian selection and buffet hands down.

My co-worker and I used to regularly go here for lunch until I left my previous company. This place is THE BEST in Denver. Plus, how often do you get a full vegetarian friendly buffet and nice customer service?

Their lunch buffet is great and offers a little something for everyone. Their flavors are so distinct and complex, it's become our favorite Indian restaurant!
