Indulge Wine Bar is locally owned by long-time Highlands Ranch resident Peter Fatianow and his flancee Delinda Romero. We recognized the need for a place where relaxing with friends is as important as great food and wine. We personally welcome you to our wine bar and are committed to making your visit enjoyable and relaxing. At Indulge, you will encounter exceptional service, food, wine, spirits, and ambience. Indulge is open Monday - Thursday from 4-10pm; Friday & Saturday from 4-12am with live music & Sundays from 10am (brunch with $3 mimosas) to 10pm.

They have done a fabulous job on the decor. It is modern yet inviting. The patio has the best view in the Denver area. The food, though limited menu, is fabulous. The wine selection is wonderful and always changing. Most importantly, the staff is wonderful. Jo, the bar manager, is great. Her personality is addictive and interacts tremendously with everyone who sits at the bar.

Once you enter you feel like you've been transported to either New York or LA - in a fabulous way! It's chic, elegant, relaxing and there are so many delicious wines and tapas to choose from - what a needed addition to Highlands Ranch!

Thanks Delinda and Peter for bringing such a cool restaurant to Highlands Ranch. I have been living here for almost 12 yrs. and this was long overdue. Love the patio with the fire pits. We need to come over more often and enjoy the patio, food and wine. BTW-did you guys get married yet? :-)

Indulge Wine Bar is my favorite place to stop by after work - or on the weekend. I love their patio! With the fire pits on the patio and the very best view of the sunset - it is my favorite place to hang out with friends. There's always a fun party - with drink specials and cozy couches. I've taken some of their wine tasting courses - and those are so much fun with John! The menu is unique - and you can try something new every time you visit - but the gnocchi is my favorite!

What a chic place; panache plus! Take friends because you will have a great time. The service, wine and views are remarkable and second to known. Go soon before it gets cold to take in the beautiful views and great people. This is a Colorado wine bar.

There is no better view of the sunset behind the front range than from the patio of Indulge! The wine selection has something for everyone, the food is always pleasing and the wait-staff is super attentive and friendly.
