They were great, they explained in great detail what they were using, why, how much pain I could expect, and when it was done, how to care for if two different ways. Inferno Tattoos is the best place to feel comfortable and not judged. I have been to thousands of other tattoo shops and I just don't feel like they are there for the customer.
