I visit Hind at Jua, and I am constantly receive complements on my haircut and highlights. She consistently gives me a great haircut, she's a great listener, and I have NEVER been disappointed when I leave.

I have always had a great experience at Jua. The receptionists are very friendly. Hind is my stylist and she is fantastic! Plus they validate 1 hour of parking, I love that!

I have been going to John for 14 years I follow him where ever he works. He has only worked at 2 salons in the time I have known him. I go in not knowing what to do with my hair. I ask for his advice and always leave with a beautiful haircut and color. I have also had my nail done at this salon and was very impressed.
John has also done my hair and my sisters hair for her wedding we were both very pleased! Plan ahead I have had to book an appointment up to 5 weeks ahead!

Melanie Schiff is amazing! She always knows just what to do. The way she cuts and colors your hair it looks great every day (even when the style and color have grown out). She fixed the mess that another salon made of my hair and i will NEVER again see anyone but her for my hair :)

I saw this salon on the 'A' list & called to make an appointment with one of their 'top stylists'.
After holding for a few minutes to speak with the receptionist I was told that this stylist schedules his own appointments. Not only could I not make an appointment with him I had to wait a "few days" till he checks his messages and calls me back.
well, a month later I still have not received a phone call. HORRIBLE customer service. I will NEVER go there and continue to tell everyone I know about the complete lack of professionalism.

Very friendly and professional salon. Warm and welcoming with top notch stylists!!!! I like the starbucks machine (free) and AMAZING product selection for sale. Karen Thomas is the best colorist on earth!
