It is hard to find any good red chile in Colorado. I now have found some really good red chile. The flavor that is brings is smokey, smooth, hot at the end. Having anything here has a very good flavor. Way to go!!
My son took me there one hot night and their food was wonderful, I prefer it over the "place I usually go" in Arvada, will definitely be back even if its not close to home... my son and good food..reason enough to visit east Denver area.
