My wife took me to Mad Greens for the first time about 2 months ago and ever since then I have been ADDICTED to eating there! The fact you can build your own salad is really convenient and since I am Gluten Intolerant it makes choosing a place to go out and eat fun!

Their salads are made to order or selection from varations. Not only are their ingredients healthy, they are fresh, cut daily, which is what I like best.

The choices are abundant and you don't get that "I want to take a nap feeling after eating there." It's also nice because they toss the ingrediants for you and you can choose the amount of dressing you would like. It's a great place to go!

The salads are great - super dressings and very friendly folks serviing you. Love the outdoor seating at most locatioins and upbeat ambience. The wine bar is a fun and convenient add-on to the salads at the Museum location.
