We are located at 820 Main Street in the Main Street Marketplace, right in the heart of historic downtown Louisville, Colorado. Just follow the aroma of freshly baked bread!

I was walking past the bakery one morning and the most amazing smell was coming from within. I strolled in and walked around the other shops for a while. There is a window where you can watch them making and baking everything, it smelled so good I had to go in. The best was a shredhead, a baked bread with ground beef & cabage etc... on the inside. It was soooo wonderful that I eat there alll the time. Everything is so good I can never decide on what to get next!
