I believe that Mile High Mutts truly cares about dogs and cats. My dog and my friends' dogs all get along very well because people at Mile High Mutts are good pack leaders! It's great to know that my dog not only socializes with other dogs but also learns to behave in a pack of dogs. She is very tired when she comes home. I've been taking my dog to MHM for 3 years now because I know he is always well cared for. The owners and everyone else I have encountered here very obviously love the dogs, but they have extensive knowledge of animal behavior as well. Unlike some places, MHM is very well staffed; this means that in addition to being a clean and well-maintained facility, there is also enough supervision for them to provide plenty of toys and playthings for the dogs (including kiddie pools when it's hot). Love it, and I can tell that my dog does too!
We feel so comfortable leaving our Golden at Mile High Mutts. When we drop him off, he runs to play with the other big dogs and never looks back (he used to shake and stick to us at other places) - when we pick him up, we really think he is smiling from having such a fantastic time!
