Signature items such as seared tenderloin of King Canyon bison and American Kobe rib eye combine with many creative, contemporary dishes. The Palace Arms provides a casual atmosphere. Dine under twenty-two flags, replicas of Revolutionary battle flags and those prominent during the exploration of the American continent, that hang inside the Palace Arms. Peruse the objects in display cases at the entrance which date back to the 1700s and include an ornate silver centerpiece commissioned by the British royal family.
I am a dining snob. If you want service as if you were the President, then this is where you go. The new menu is still very traditional with a few new twists, but, nothing can top the WOW factor of the dining experience here.
Food is amazing. Can't beat a stay in the Brown Palace. Chef meets you after dinner if you go a little later. Not the cheapest but you really get what you pay for. Try the Bison! It's Amazing!
Truly an historic, and wonderfully appointed room. The food is superb, the attention to detail is complete, from the room itself to the presentation of the food. The wait staff is always excellent. A rare dining treat in downtown Denver. Especially satisfying for those special occasions!
Tom and I spent one of our Anniversary dinners here! It was, hands down, one of the most romantic dinners we've ever had and the food was out of this world wonderful!
There is no other environment quite like the Palace Arms. Everything is special; the servers, the food, the wine and even the water. Which happens to be the same artesian water that Deep Rock bottles. Each experience is unique in it's own way.
