Michelle was absolutely wonderful with our Shih-Szu. We had just moved to Colorado and didn't know who to trust to take care of our "little lady" as she is deaf and blind. Michelle had no problem with following any of our special instructions and sent us daily messages to let us know how things were going. She took all the worry out of going away for our honeymoon.
