The original canine and feline wellness center, Pet Empawrium & Spaw is celebrating their 6th year year! They are still owned and run by their original owners, Lori, Russ, Sean and Magic, along with their additions, Olookun and Jett.
Pet Empawrium & Spaw does not believe in "Let the buyer beware.” They prefer “Let the seller be honest.”
Pet Empawrium has expanded into a one-of-a-kind wellness center catering to canine and feline fur-children and their furless family members.
Simply promoting natural, fresh and organic foods and healthy supplements is not enough. “Magic and I have created a place where fur-families can share views and information about alternative methods of canine and feline health and wellness. In addition, we offer them the services they desire with attention to detail and comfort that is not seen in our industry.” expresses LoriLeigh Moreland, the passion behind Pet Empawrium & Spaw.
The Wellness Center includes the foods, treats, toys, gear and information that Pet Empawrium & Spaw is renown for.
Pet Empawrium & Spaw, was established in 2002 by LoriLeigh & Russ Moreland, their son Sean, and their Newfoundland, Magic.

I've been buying my dog food (Nature’s Logic) at Pet Empawrium for the past two years. I absolutely love this place. The staff are cheery and helpful. The owner Lori is an incredibly friendly, genuine dog lover!

This is my absolute favorite supply store. I now get all my labs food and treats there. They also carry the world’s greatest Frisbee! I only have to replace them when I loose them. The staff is really knowledgeable about food, treats and such. Thanks Pet Empawrium!

Decided to try Pet Empawrium on the recommendation of a friend. I get five-star service every time go there. Lori is incredibly helpful and informative about the different brands of dog food that they carry. I was switching my pup to a healthier food, and she helped me decide which one would be perfect. She didn't try to sell me the priciest stuff, or hurry me through a decision. I highly recommend this place, and will be returning our bag is empty, or I just miss the environment, which ever comes first.

Pet Empawrium is so far out of my way, I live in Highlands Ranch, but I continue to drive all the way out there to buy food and supplies from Lori. Finding her was an accident. But I was so completely impressed! She has created a homey and friendly atmosphere! And she believes in all things natural, even beds, toys and collars.

PET EMPAWRIUM ROCKS!!!! If you love neighborhood places run by locals who actually love what they do then you need to come here!!! This store has been a part of our lives for 6 years and have never ever once felt it was anything less than perfection. Lori has a special love for the giant, shedding, drooling dogs, like my Zeus. She lets him give her sloppy kisses and never expects an apology. (I carry a towel for the rest of you) Lori does things like donates bags food to rescues, holds fund raisers, and donates to local schools. I know she cares as much about people as pets. The number of reviews here are proof! They are virtually novels! Whenever anyone asks where to go, its NOT Petco. It is always Lori and Pet Empawrium.

Although independently owned, Pet Empawrium is a huge store and I always prefer to support real people over corporate conglomerates. They are incredibly well stocked, have convenient hours and are a wealth of information.

Hubey and I are attention hounds. That is why I love this place! Everyone has been so sweet and accommodating, You will find a solid selection of healthy foods, delicious treats, cute toys and collars too. I am hooked on Pet Empawrium. They deserve your business too!

This is my favorite place to shop for all things dog. Dog food, supplements, treats, toys and accessories. This is where I go for “STUFF”. The staff are awesome and fully knowledgeable. They specialize in healthy foods, organics, raw foods, and such. Don't come here looking for Iams! It's just not their thing.

Pet Empawrium is one of my favorite things about living in Arvada. The owner is beyond friendly and helpful. You can tell how much she cares about animals and how seriously she takes her product selection. This is an absolutely incredible place that makes me feel lucky to be a pet owner.

My initial reaction to Lori was WOW, she’s intense. I was looking for my normal weight management food, which she didn’t carry. I asked her for something comparable. She said that her foods were different and I asked her what was so special about them. And she told me. She softened up when I told her that my pug was overweight and diabetic. We looked up my food and she educated me on what a mess it was. She helped me switch to Nature’s Logic, canned foods and lots of meat. My vet can’t believe the weight loss and we no longer need insulin! Today, I am grateful to Lori’s knowledge, opinions, passions and intensity. It is people like her that make a difference.

Only the best of the best here! No need to wade through garbage dog food to get to the good stuff! Limited selection, but incredible stock of only the best foods, treats, toys and collars. If you want to know why, ask Lori all about it. She knows her stuff! She does the research so I don’t have to.

They are knowledgeable and helpful. You can be certain they carry top quality products that incorporate your dogs into your life in a tasteful, practical way. No tacky apparel here. They know that dogs are family, not accessories. Even the toys are natural! Love this store!

We have secretly called Pet Empawrium the University of Lori. There is no other place like it, and yes, I am sure of it. I have done my research. There is only one Lori, but she is trying to clone herself in Courtney. If you want to help your best friend, get to Pet Empawrium. The sooner the better. Don’t wait until your feel like you have run out of options

I found this store when I was on the other side of town from my usual store. I stopped in as I was curious what they supplied. I had been feeding my Berner, Constance, raw since we got her as a pup. The selection and stock of raw at Pet Empawrium is amazing! They must have a 6 or 8 freezers full, including game meats, blood included. The owner is so very friendly and knowledgeable. The costs are reasonable and they even offer volume discounts! This store was a great find

All the staff at Pet Empawrium and Spaw are enthusiastic, educated and knowledgeable about raw food, natural remedies, and BIG dogs. Our BIG dogs need different nutritional, health and wellness advice. They need BIG toys, BIG collars, BIG treats and things like drool bibs. Lori, having BIG dogs, understands our Saints. If you have BIG dogs and want BIG understanding, go to Pet Empawrium & Spaw.

Pet Empawrium is fantastic and has great customer service! I've been coming here for , years! Yep. 6 years, Ever since they opened! I have received nothing but great advice and service. The owner, Lori, has been able to answer all my questions and recommend food for my first Pyr, who died from cancer but outlived the vets prediction by 3 years. Now I have 2 new Pyrs, and we are starting them off on good food so that we can keep them healthier longer. The store is in an easily accessible location along with easy parking for carrying out 4 bags of food at a time.

After a traumatizing and terrible experience at another store, I went to Pet Empawrium on the advice of a friend. From the minute you walk in, you can tell you are in a top notch place and in knowledgeable hands. The place is run to a tee! The phones are answered by a cheery voice. The staff is friendly and professional, even the kids. However, I have to admit, Lori is my favorite. She owns the place and is so fun, kind, and experienced. Other stores are so cold, no ambiance. Pet Empawrium is really filled with love. Every time I go in there customers are a talking to each other, I have even made friends and set up play dates for my Boston’s here! So again I can’t emphasis how happy I am with Pet Empawrium. They are on my speed dial on my phone and they are willing to answer any question at anytime. They are wonderful, but don't take my word for it, just stop by and you will see the place is filled with a professional, happy staff of pet owners who want the best for your dogs.too!
