New additions include their furry canines Olookun and Jett, their store manager and on staff veterinary technician Cortnae Morris, and their fabulous groomers Susan Lewis and Cindy Paquin.

Pet Empawrium has expanded into a one-of-a-kind wellness center catering to canine and feline fur-children and their furless family members.
Simply promoting natural, fresh and organic foods and healthy supplements is not enough. “Magic and I have created a place where fur-families can share views and information about alternative methods of canine and feline health and wellness. I have been shopping here for years, and I owe Lori a review, and, today, she went above and beyond and I needed to finally give her the review she has always deserved.
I have been feeding Prairie for 6 years or so. I have been frustrated with the constant price increases, but Lori always reassured me that the food was good. Today, when I bought a bag of Salmon and it rang up at $75, YES, that is not a typo, it was $75, I thought she was going to have to perform the heimlich manuver
on me! Instead of trying to sell me on that redicul0us cost, she gave me less expensive options and better quality options.
I have been to other stores that will try to justify something like this, but not Lori. That is why I shop here forever!
This is a tough review for me as I am an avid supporter of Old Town. But I had to find another place to help me with my cancer dog when the former owner left Paws and Play. This store has the knowledge and passion we needed. I even think she knows more than Paws and Plays former owner.

It took me three “healthy” pet supply stores before I finally found Pet Empawrium. They were the first to be concerned about what I was going through with vets, foods, vaccines and medications. Lori was patient with me during my learning curve. I now feed a fresh raw diet, some of which I buy at Pet Empawrium, some of which I make myself. I haven’t had my dog to the vet in over 4 years! Lori is even good for a HUG when you are down and think you can’t take anymore!
I love this store. The pet foods are healthy, their return policy is excellent, which is important since cats can be finicky, and the Newfoundlands make the atmosphere homey and "pet friendly." I drive across town to go there because no place near us sells Wellness. I always know I'm doing something good for our cats from the moment I enter.
We love going to the PetEmpawrium for our dog supplies and grooming. Everyone who works there is very helpful and caring about each and every pet. The groomer {Susan}
does a fantastic job and you never have to leave your pet there crated waiting to be groomed. She ahs thew best system--call make an appointment and your pet is ready in an hour.I believe if you were to go to the PetEmoawrium, you wouldn't want to go elsewhere.
I can't believe anyone would not give this shop 5 stars! The Moreland’s, who are the original owners and still manage their store, are an asset to our community. Not only do they treat their customers, both canine and human, as friends and members of the family, they truly go out of their way to make you want to come back. They are all about nutrition for our dogs and cats, and they know their stuff. I shop there several times a week and sometimes I just stop by to say hello. They have a great manager, and hire our local high school kids when no one else will. They are the best!
Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They were so helpful with my shepherd and all his food allergies, so the fact that they carry readily all sorts of alternative treats, food and supplements is a Godsend to me. I love this store!!!!!
This store is fantastic! Dedicated to safe and natural food, toys, and other supplies, they really care about the needs of our dogs and cats. This is truly a wonderful store, I will never shop anywhere else!
The service and the products at this store are unequaled. They are supportive of the local community, both pets and kids! I have both so I really appreciate that! In a time when most business is big business, a family business that cares about it’s customers and it's community is paramount. They are setting a bar that other family buisneses should aspire to meet!!!

Pet Empawrium only carries foods they deem nutritious and ethical. Best of all, I know that I can sleep well knowing that no dogs were harmed or made miserable by their foods during the recall. That is what brought me to them in the first place. My vet, after nearly $1000.00, couldn’t help my dog. Lori was another story! After a few suggestions on food and then supplements, we COMPLETELY HEALED MY DOGS SKIN! They also give back to the local community by having adoption days for rescue groups and even sometimes having a rescue foster pet in their store until it finds a forever home. What A Wonderful Store!!! And did I mention how nice and helpful the staff is?? Pet Empawirum Rules!
During the huge pet food recall, Pet Empawrium didn't have a single item in the store that was on the recall list! Lori only carries quality food products!
This is the go-to place for incredibly informed and helpful staff, huge selection in all your pet needs and an great resource for what is Best for your pet. Wonder if your food is nutritious? Need a caring bath or groom for your fur kid? This is the place!!
Pet Empawrium has the greatest selection of supplies for dogs! The store is attractive and well laid out. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They inform their customers about new products, they stay current on the pet food industry, and they encourage peope food and variety! My puppy loves the store because he gets treats and is allowed to browse the aisles and choose his own treats!
