I have been a customer since Pet Palace originally opened. They have been a constant with great service, friendly staff, and great products. I still drive from Denver to Aurora to get my dog and cat food there. The owners are great and are very willing to help you or educate you about any products. I also love that they house unwanted or stray animals to keep them out of shelters and place them in great homes. They even have a furry crew that helps staff the business too. :)

We love everyone at Pet Palace and our doggies refuse to go anywhere else. If you want knowledgeable, friendly staff then you can't go anywhere else. Dr. Haas is a great no nonsense vet, he gets to the root of the problem without charging an arm and a leg.

I love this place! From the friendly and knowledgeable staff, I always get exactly what I want, and never a problem with special orders. They have a great and unique fish selection, I get help with my pond, turtles, tortoises, parrot, dogs & cat questions. I have been a loyal customer since they opened and have adopted pets from them as well. More pet stores should care about pets they way they do here.

Pet Palace has great products and great service. Very pet friendly and a number of store pets to say hi to and visit. Any time I have a pet question they're the ones I call. They get to know their customers and do anything they can to keep us coming back!

The staff is very helpful... they really know about the products they sell and they will happily carry your purchase out to your car. A++ for products and A++++ for great service with a smile...Thanks to everyone at Pet Palace, the only place I shop anymore

Pet Palace is the only place we buy our dogs (2 of 'em) food. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. An added bonus.... there's a great vet working on site.

They have the best natural food for pets; they have wonderful turtles on display (not for sale, but I love to watch them) and they are always helpful.

There are several pet stores that are closer to me, but I'll drive the extra distance for Pet Palace. Wonderful place that truly cares for you and your pets. They are also committed to helping homeless pets find forever homes. There is no better place than Pet Palace!
