Wonderful studio! Amanda knows each of her students individual needs and goals and will cater each class to meet them. Very impressed with the personal interaction she gives each student. Laid back and fun environment.
The instructors make me feel very comfortable even though I am a beginning student. They've given me the confidence to stick with it - - something I've never done with all the exercise programs I've tried in the past.

Amanda and the other instructors really go out of their way to tailor classes to the individuals involved and pay attention to the needs of each client. The studio is lovely and fully equipped with all the toys needed for a great pilates studio.
This studio is BY FAR the best studio in Denver!!! The owner, Amanda, is so relaxed and fun! Not your typical pilates instructor, which is what keeps me coming back. They are so skilled at tailoring a group equipment class to many levels so that everyone gets a great workout and amazing results!
