A beginner to Pilates, I have been studying with Jessica the past 3 months. She has been a phenomenal instructor. She is able to teach and accomadate to varied levels and abilities while keeping a great flow to class. I so appreciate her mindfullness in watching technique to make sure all are safe and in good form. I am already experiencing less back pain as I continue to build better core stength.

I have been going to Plumbline pilates for over 2 years now. Jessica's methods have greatly improved my physical well being. My core strength has improved beyond my expectations. I try to incorporate her teachings during the week. It just takes minutes to do one of here routines every day, and keep my core aligned, and my midsection stimulated.
I would recommend Plumbline to anyone who is recovering from surgeries or has alignment issues. I myself have had back surgery for a tumor in my spinal sheath, and suffer from a congenital deformity, spondilolisthesis in my L 3-4 lower back. Her sessions are invigorating.

Jessica is one of the best fitness instructors I have ever had. She is considerate of all ages and while challenging us to reach higher goals, she never pushes beyond what is safe for anyone. Her goal is to help us feel better and she definitely does that. I love her classes.

I've taken classes and private sessions from a number of instructors over the years, and Jessica is a great teacher. You get individualized attention so you can get the most out of the exercises for your particular body. It's fun and challenging!

This studio has the best of many things; A great location, excellent, patient and well trained instructors, reasonable rates and flexible class schedules. I have become more toned and enegerzied since beginning to workout with the women and Plumbline Pilates.

Jessica is a great instructor who teaches you how to access muscles you never even knew you had! The studio is beautiful and is very peaceful -- what a great way to get in shape!!!
