Best neighborhood gym around..friendly staff, a variety of great cardio and weight equipment with free classes like yoga and body sculpture. It rocks!!

I've been a member of Powerhouse Gym Denver for roughly one year now. The staff is mostly made up of personal trainers who are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and will answer any questions you may have. The gym itself has great mix of professional equipment to use, retains a humble neighborhood vibe and is always very well maintained. Their boot camp sessions are very solid and come highly recommended; they will definitely put you on track to meeting your goals. I highly recommend this gym!
