Great menu, great service, great atmosphere. I have eaten at all the steakhouses in town and their Filet on the Bone is simply the best. Always cooked to perfection. The Chopped Steak is unique and fantastic as well. Side selections are unique and delicious.

I live in Texas and regularly visit Denver. With each trip I look forward to my regular stop at Prime21. I don't fight the downtown crowd. The restaurant has a sophisticated adult ambiance. The Plymouth gin martini's are superb. The rib eye steak is unmatched. The wine list is comprehensive. I do look forward to my next trip back.
