Customer service focused, friendly service every time, very helpful, even resolved an issue caused by another salon, couldn't be happier and I looked at every store along the front range.

My dress was gorgeous! They were so helpful at Priscilla (especially Melissa). Everyone who helped me there was so sweet and helpful. It was a great experience and my wedding gown was perfect.

Two weeks before my wedding I had no dress. I walked by Priscillas one day and went in on an impulse, fully expecting to be snubbed. Not only were the girls there so amazing and helpful, they went out of their way to help me. I found my dream dress, but they don't sell off the rack and even with a rush it would have not gotten done in time. They called the districts manager and got special permission to sell me the dress off the rack which was 2 sizes too small but not before they got their seamstress to confirm the dress could be altered to fit me. They then sent me to another seamstress/tailor who was more affordable who proceeded to make my dress the right size. It was the most beautiful and incredible dress and it was all because of Priscillas and their amazing staff!
