The Aguirre family has been serving Porter Highlands since 1985. Over the 23 years, we have had a legion of friends and families pass through our doors. We have seen the neighbors come and go and return after a long absence. We have continued our yearly Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve feast that fed as little as 200 meals our first couple of years to 3000 meals in recent years. The Aguirre Family wants to thank you for visiting us… If it’s your first time Welcome! If you are part of our extended family, thank you for making our last 23 years possible. We look forward to our next 20 years serving you at Rosa Linda’s traditional family kitchen.

this family restaurant is the true definition of a family run and operated restaurant. With Rosalinda's home made green chile and the Award winning burritos. Its no wonder they have survived for 23 years. Patience is requested as they make everything to order from a vary SMALL kitchen, but the wait will pay its self off.

The food is "authentic" Mexican food and the ambiance is filled with carino and a warm welcome from the Aguirre family. The entire family also serves the homeless and folks who need a home cooked meal each Thanksgiving and Christmas. Don't miss out on this delicious dining experience at Rosa Linda's!!

It's not only the food, but the atmosphere in which it is prepared and served that makes the dining experience. Rosa Linda's makes everyone feel welcomed and at home. This long term Denver institution is operated by some of the most generous and warm hearted people I have had the pleasure to meet.
