Salvagetti

Category: Bike Shop (42 listings)

Salvagetti is simply the english word salvage with T-T-I added at the end to make it sound Italian. The pronunciation is sal-va-jet-ti. The word literally means a bike shop at 1234 Speer Blvd. in Denver, CO. In German, it means trustworthy. And in Italian, it loosely means best bang for the buck. Say it with me, Salvagetti. Salvagetti. Salvagetti. Good.

So, we want Salvagetti to be a place that you count on not only for product that you trust and love, but for advice on bikes. We aren't full of ourselves, so you don't need to be scared. Now that we have that clear...

Salvagetti is the choice shop for people who want to learn about cycling without the fuss of sorting through hours of information and hype. We love the products we sell and that is where your confidence will find comfort. We don't like for you to have a bad experience, so we only sell quality products.

Super friendly staff that have a good knowledge of their products. They really help to match the rider to the perfect bike. I've bought one for my wife and myself and a great experience both times. The new location on platte is awesome!

The gang at Salvagetti are 1st rate. I am a fitness trainer and send my clients to them for bike shopping. They take time with each customer, LISTEN to the customer, & help find the most suitable bike for each individual. They have helped me personally to have the best bike possible for my budget & I love riding it! Thanks to the staff at Salvagetti for getting it right each & every time!

This shops loves bikes and riders much more than it loves money money. As a result you will get what you need, even if it costs less than what you want. Great wrenches and service.
It's like asking your best friend for advice. You will always get the truth.

The most honest laid back and non BS bike shop in Denver. Not a bunch of teenage punks tellin' you to buy the Trek hybrid that is made in China. These folks are passionate about your biking, regardless of your ability or purpose.

Straight answers without the attitude. Real information without the sales pressure. The bike shop for real people who want to have fun, get fit, and save the planet. Can't get much better than that.

The staff is amazingly helpful and resourceful. As well, this is one of the few bike shops in the whole city where I don't feel condescended to, just because I don't know all the fancy bike lingo.
