My family, friends and I love this beautifully quaint restaurant. The food is always bursting with delicate flavors and the wait staff takes such great care in the presentation. The servers have been there for a long time which says to me they are treated as well as the food. Craig D'Allessandro (spell?) always comes out to check on his patrons to ensure everything is up to standard and make us feel welcome. You have to try this hidden treasure!
We have dined there a number of times and always enjoyed the creative and lucious tastes and great presentation that Chef/Owner Craig prepares. This is Italian the way it should be. And the service is always fantastic - friendly and pleasant. And their wine dinners are to die for.
Absolutely consistantly outstanding ... not only the food & wine list but the service as well! Best kept secret in the south metro area ... but don't tell anyone because we want to always be able to get in.
I absolutely love San Lorenzo's! I recommend the filet with polenta for dinner or the steak panini for lunch, sooo good. Chef always stops by to say hi and to make sure everyone having a nice time and employee's are so kind and friendly. A fun/romantic atmosphere.
This is fine Northern Italian cuisine, not red sauce eye-talian. It is expensive, slow, and a religious experience. The staff is professional and friendly, the menu is well planned, and the finished product will not disappoint.
