I have been going to Shear Productions for years and I have NEVER had a bad haircut. They are a full service salon so if I want to pamper myself and indulge in a manicure, etc. I can do it right there and not have to go anywhere else. And the staff is always pleasant and attentive.

Gerald de Vargas is my main man when it comes to getting my hair cut perfectly and efficiently. Been going to see him as my hair stylist since 2001. He and all the staff at the 16th Street location are just so much fun and happy to be with, I'd move in if I could. Don't forget to ask for complimentary wine!

Great salon, newer upbeat in the burbs (Lakewood). I had been waiting for a salon like this to come to my area. I see Noemi she listens to what I want and makes me look awesome.best blow out!

I have been going to Gerald deVargas since I was 9 and I still fly in from Virginia to get my hair cut. He has been at Shear Productions for years and they have fantastic front desk staff, fabulous hair stylists, and excellent estheticians!

This salon is THE place! The staff and atmospher are inviting and welcoming. Sarah is amazing! She is knowledgeable, highly skilled, and someone you can count on to listen to your wants, then gives excellent results based on your personal need. Never disappoints!

Everyone at Shear Productions -- at both locations -- is friendly, upbeat, and helpful. I am especially impressed with the stylists! The stylists will make any hairstyle stand out...and take the time to show you how to recreate it yourself.

Haley is the best! I have gone to both salons (downtown and belmar). Both are great but I currently go to Belmar primarily and Haley is awesome!

Remember when manicures for REAL nails lasted an entire week and the person giving you a hair cut was focused on what you wanted instead of how to cut your hair so you had to come back in 3 weeks? Thanks to Cara @ Shear Productions that standard of value and service returns!
