Went there because it is all the rave right now. Should have known, people in Denver flock to new and unusual restaurants. We like good food. This place is not it. Extremely long wait, even after we were seated. Good service, that's an overstatement. Mediocre meal, my tacos were falling apart and soggy on the bottom, pancakes were dry (tasted much better at home w/butter and syrup). Not to mention the price for such a simple place and a simple menu. $7.50 for some unusually named pancakes (all they do is throw the special ingredients in the pancake, nothing special at all) Wouldn't have been worth it even if we hadn't had to wait as long to get in. Won't be back!

Try their pancakes. They are not just the best in the city, but the best anywhere west of the Mississippi. Imaginative and more than ample. Great chef, great owner, great wait staff.

Great food! Snooze has the best pancakes and oatmeal! The atmosphere is totally cool..they have the best use of space! Plus the staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly.

Long wait, overzealous staff (Could we talk amongst ourselves without constant inquiries about the coffee and the meal and the sales pitch for your other locations? It is possible to top off coffee in silence.) Mediocre meal. Crowded. Loud. Wouldn't have been worth it even if we hadn't had to wait to get in.
