Featuring robustly flavored recipes from founder Lek's native southern Thailand that were passed down to him from his mother, Thai Bistro won its first award within five months of opening. This food provides a healthy alternative to the traditional American diet. Fresh ingredients are quickly cooked to preserve their nutrients and delicate flavors.
We at Thai Bistro are proud of our evolution. We've grown from just a few employees to a staff of over 30. Our expansion allows us to seat a large number of diners and provide a variety of services such as banquets and catering.

This place is a hidden gem. one of the most authentic Thai restaurants in Colorado! You can't get more authentic than this place. It is worth the drive!
